Hi Ross.  Most of us have heard that tension is not good for a golf swing.  It inhibits fluidity and robs us of power.  It seems to me that the act of creating the template (elbows pinched, impact position maintained throughout the swing) creates some amount of tension; at least it does for me.  I also know that when I execute your swing method correctly, it works!  My assumption, then, is that the part of your body that needs to be tension free for the entire swing are the shoulder sockets.  Does that make sense?  Do you agree?  Thanks for your help!
Ross
Totally.  Yes the arms/elbows have some tension and shoulders do not.  The arms can't be lose and maintain a reliable radius.
