Ross, I have been trying to use your set up for the driver. I seem to keep topping the ball. Is there something in my set up or swing that I'm doing wrong?

Topping is almost 100% of the time "flipping".  That means the hands have thrown the club head past the hands or past the grip end of the shaft.  This gets the club head in an extreme "ascending" angle just before impact. 

Now, with my method, we've already moved the ball forward, so we can have the club "ascending" up into the ball, to launch it on an upwards trajectory.  This idea works great, BUT THE FACE MUST BE SQUARE AND THE SHAFT MUST BE IN LINE WITH THE FRONT ARM AT IMPACT.  Watch:
