Student Question
I have an Impact Bag.  Is this useful and how can should I use it?

An impact bag will help as long as you impact with your turn, not your back hand (right hand, right hander),  throwing the club head at the ball.  At impact, feel a flat to bowed out front wrist, being supported by the back wrist and let the body's rotation impact that shape... make sure you have a square club face.

You want the brain to memorize, what impact feels like, so it can repeat that during the swing.  You can also setup against a door jamb with this same wrist/impact shape, and feel the body's rotation push against the door jamb (not just the hands)... in fact, we want all the body working together at impact, in a rotary motion, to move the ball.  This I call "trapping".
