Just getting into making some changes to simplify my swing and finding the basic set up and swing videos excellent.  Just like some clarification of weight transfer issue please.....  with left shoulder initiating backswing, is weight transfer from front (left foot for RH player) to back foot in sync with the shoulder turn resulting in full weight on right side at top of backswing then back to front foot as hips power thru ?

Welcome to duplessisgolf...

Watch in the Setup section... 60% Weight on the Front Foot.  We do not transfer weight to the back foot.  That is one of the most inconsistent moves with traditional golf instruction.  We maintain at least 60% on the front foot as we wind up the shoulders... then we can just unwind on the downswing.  You ball striking will greatly improve once you learn this.

Ross: In putting do you still keep 60% weight forward on the front foot?

Putting it is more important to be balanced and athletic.  Does not have to be forward.  NOTHING moves except the front shoulder during the stroke.  Pinching the knees inward, towards each other really helps keep you still.  You'll feel tension holding your lower body still in your knees and thighs.
